How about anyone from the new movies? Simon Pegg for example, and Benedict Cumberbatch (they're both London residents, so that would make sense and might be easier to fit into their schedule + less expensive to get them to attend)

Yeah I suppose ^^ A fangirl can dream, right?
Simon Pegg on the other hand... it would be really great to have someone from the new films as well. And he's the geekiest of the new cast, so I think he'd be wonderful at a convention.
