EDITED because clarification was received from the office: you do not need to give ticket holder names when ordering. Filing in the form is enough. I am waiting for clarification how this is working with foreign order pick up.

Does "Main Stage" mean that will be ONE stage classed as the main stage and only talks / activites held on that stage will have priority queuing for Gold Pass members?

Does "priority seating in all main stage talks/activitities" mean that Gold pass members get priority seating in ALL talks.

Please clarify what constitutes "Activities".

Ahhhhh. I've bought three tickets. One for myself and two as a gift for friends coming with me. But I've only put my name on the ticket order. I booked my ticket as soon as they became available for the early orders. Then booked my friends tickets a few days later with my name again as I was paying and I was using the code I had to get early order. How do I amend the names for the other two tickets?

Let me check on that. I just realized I accidentally went by the Massive EVents ordering procedure.

You did add the two other tickets to your order, or did you place a new one?

On the subject of names on the booking, I ordered 3 x Gold tickets and was given no option at any point to add additional names other than mine as the person booking (just to add info to the "names on tickets" pot!)

Hi! I bought online the Golden Pass and 3 tickets for photo sessions. I live in Italy, so I presume I should collect them in person on my arrival at the event....how? Do I have to give my reference code to the box office employee?

We don't have exact info on how the pickup works yet, so hang on to the reference code please.

I would expect they look you up by name in the first place, but extra info as safety meassure is always good.

I have the same situation, only I'm coming from The Netherlands instead of Italy.
See Tickets told me the following:

"... it will not be despatched to the Netherlands. The tickets will be arranged for collection from the venue box office. This has been arranged to guarantee your entry to the show.

A week to 10 days before the show you will receive an e-mail confirming the collections information.

Please remember to take the reference number for the order and either the card you paid with or your own Photo I.D (Passport or Driver's Licence)."

Hope that helps a bit..

So I can buy the ticket using my own name while the creditcard is not on my name without causing an id problem...?



Maybe a "bit too soon" question, but from what time you can pick up your tickets?

Thats what I did. Ticket is in my name and credit card didnt ask for name but the purchase has gone through without any problems. Managed to phone See Tickets and confirm that everything is ok. So, I would say "Yes" based on my experience.

How long does it normally take before you recieve e a confirmation email with the booking code you need for buying the photograph? And can you buy this right away when you have recieved this code?

Mine arrvied within 10 minutes, although I suspect that can and will vary. Yes, you can use it straight away to order the photo shoots if you wish.
