We are pleased too announce that HENRY DAVIES will be joining us for London Film and Comic Con

Henry Davies is a top comics artist and cartoonist.
He has worked with all the great comics including The Beano, The Dandy, Buster, The Topper, The Beezer, Whizzer and Chips, Whoopee, Wow, Cheeky and Jackpot. He has drawn famous characters such as Dennis the Menace, The Bash Street Kids, Desperate Dan, Korky the Cat and Faceache as well as creating and drawing Grotty Lotty the Schoolgirl Witch for Marvel Comics.

Henry will bring along original Beano and Dandy artwork and you will be able to see samples of new characters.

was wondering does he do drawings of a person if you have a picture of that person with you as would love to get him to do a drawing of my brothe for my brother

Not too sure, but it's worth a try.  I speak to him on Twitter often, I could find out for you if he'll do that sort of thing if you like?

He did it for me last year. Did a cartoon of dennis the Menace with my son.  He did say that he cant promise they come out great but hes willing to try.  Mine came out great

Hello Blonger!
First off, sorry it took a while for me to reply to you,
I'm fortunate enough to be very busy just now.

Thank you so much for taking time to write to my section of this forum.

I love attending conventions and doing sketches for people.
And I always bring along some of my original artwork.

Some visitors to my stand are interested in my Beano and Dandy
work and others know me from my newspaper cartoon strips
or the more recent magazine cartoons.

As for a drawing of your brother...
well, bring some photos along and we'll see if we can sort something out.
A drawing in profile often looks great.
Try and catch me when things are a bit quiet.
If you're after a detailed realistic portrait then there wouldn't be
time to do that at a convention.
But if your brother has a beard, glasses and two heads then
no problem, I'm sure I could do a recognisable cartoon likeness.

Ill be looking forward to popping over to you again and seeing if you can do a cartoon of my daughter like you did of my son last year.  It was a pleasure to watch you create a masterpiece!

As for the 'runner' but under your name its like a forum thing. The more posts you make the more expereinced position you gain.  Im a 'wardrobe supervisor' at present and somebody whos made more posts has a senior position.  It has no connection your real life career lol :-D

I wanted to post pictures of them on this forum - but maybe it's easier if I put

That sounds like a really cool idea. My older boy comes to the LFCC now and he loves Dennis the Menance.
