Hi

As Harrison Schmitt is scheduled to appear elsewhere, is there any chance that he will be making an appearance at this year's Autographica?

It would be a big 'plus' if he would be willing to attend Autographica. BTW, does anyone know how much he charges for base autographs?

Michael

Edit:Sorry I have had to amend your post. It is against forum rules to mention/discuss non SM/ME events.

To be honest I suspect your second question may be the key to why he doesn't appear. To the best of my knowledge he has done very few, if any, signing events like Autographica or the other big US shows. I believe there have been one or two private signings in the past but all indications are that he is not a regular on the circuit and doesn't seem to go for the signing for a fee angle so much.

I think the difference is with the other event you have mentioned is that they are primairily talks which often include a free signing at the end included in the ticket price. From what I've read about his other scheduled appearance in the UK there may even be some question marks about what he will or won't sign at the event which makes me wonder how realistic his attending Autographica would be.
"You might very well think that, I could not possibly comment"

"Got a rabbit to pull out of your hat Percy? You've got that 'Britain-can-make-it' look about you. Very intimidating."
