Can someone please confirm the photo price for Brian Blessed as it says £15 however on the ticket page i paid £20

I have just looked and the online shop description does state £20 in one place, and £15 in another. The actual price being charged currently is £15 though, as per the price listed here and on the website. Were you definitely charged £20? If so send an e-mail querying this to info@collectormania.com and include your order number.

I suspect that the description of £20 is a simple 'copy & paste' error. I will let SM know.

I was also charged £20 for Brian Blessed's photoshoot and was really shocked to find he was only £15.  
And I have also emailed the office three times without a reply? Please Help!

Hazel should get back to you at some point.

Tickets can arrive at any point. I have received two of my orders so far, and am currently waiting for the third. It is normally just a case of waiting for the relevant tickets to be printed. Especially if there are multiple items on an order (an order is usually only posted when all of the relevant tickets are ready).

It still says that Louis Jameson is attending sunday but the main web and the online store says she is attendng saturday i have orderd a photo shoot with her but just a bit worrid in case she going sunday when i have orded it for sat

Hi. Is there a showmasters hotline number? I emailed in twice about  purchasing two Brian blessed photo sessions. 1 arrived, 1 was refunded without contacting but the one I was charged with was for £20. I just really want my second ticket as its a gift and the other refund.

While there is a contact number for the SM office, 01908 671138 , they may not be able to help you as the person who deals with the orders is not based there.
