Hi

At Hallowhedon 2 we were promised 2 swatches if we bought Gold tickets at the time.
I asked about this before Hallowhedon 3 and was told they would be in our reg packs - they weren't.
Was told they would be posted out after Hallowheon 3.
Still nothing received.
Anyone any ideas when/if we will receive what was promised??

Mark posted about this after HW 3 - they had forgot to bring the swatches then.

The last status I have was that they were going to be mailed too. I'll see if I can get an update.

It'd be great if you could find out - I emailed at the beginning of December asking for news and haven't heard back yet.

Can we get an update in what is happening with this please. We have been waiting nearly 15 months for these now. I was originally told at hallowhedon 2 that they were gonna be posted out soon after the con.
Apparently it is customary to list who you have met at cons in your signature so heres mine;

it's silly things like this that will lose you attendees, sad but true for many of us. conventions are expensive, we like gifts like this as a reward for booking early. but now it feels like an empty gesture :D sorry to be so negative just disappointed.

I am also still waiting for the swatches. If there is a problem with sending them, I'm sure it would be better to let us all know rather than not communicating with us? Thanks.

I find the extreme lack of communication on this very poor on their part. I find this all very frustrating. This should have been resolved long ago. I feel that if there was a problem obtaining the swatches then an alternative should have been offered.
