Unfortunately not. These conventions are designed to be full weekend events, unlike the SM signing events. It is not possible to see/do everything within one day. One day tickets will not be available to purchase.

But if you can only come for one day, and make sure you tell the crew, they will try to help you get as many autos/photos as possible on that one day. You won't get everything, though - like 1of2 says, the ticket is for the whole weekend.

Also to add, at the last event there were 9 guests there over the weekend and I believe 6 of them attended on the Saturday and 5 on the Sunday (2 of them were there both days). I managed to get all 6 of Saturdays guests on that day, would be more difficult with photos, but if you are aiming for just autographs, there is no way of knowing who is attending what day until the schedule is released but you 'should' be able to manage getting all of the guests in that days attendance.
