No, please don't call the hotel. It will probably only confuse them, but it definitely wouldn't do much good. It will be sorted out eventually.

No problem.  I'm just getting a little antsy to get all the arrangements made so I can forget about them & start worrying about the important things (i.e. The party themes & costumes for them )

It is possible that ME have negotiated the triple rooms specifically for this event, and therefore they would not be available to the 'general public' on the hotel website.

There definitely are triple rooms in the hotel, I've stayed in one myself.

They don't have a big number of them though and they are always quite popular among the con attendees. So like 1of2 has said, it's likely that the event has blocked all rooms.

Sorry to pester, but any chance of an ETA? I'm worried the code's going to be released whilst I'm away, and I may have to ask someone to keep an eye out for me, if not.
