Just going from what the situation is at this same hotel for hallowhedon 3, it's unlikely anything needs to be paid upfront when booking with the code at this hotel. It seems kinda bizarre to have rates but not be able to book anything, unless we go ahead without the code. BTW, do the rates on the HUB 7 site include VAT - just wondered??? I think a number of peeps are getting 'nervous' as it wasn't that long ago another event got postponed (not an SM/ME one though), due to problems with the Hotel negotiation.
