Very glad I had a Gold Pass but I couldn't find the Gold Pass room on Saturday.
When I found it on Sunday, the room was labelled but it was locked. Can I suggest that the room be open so that we can actually use it.

Have you let the Organisers Booth about it? They always got a master list for phone numbers for the venue. I am not sure who has the key (probably someone from the stadium), but I am sure they would have been happy to find that out for you.
That was probably a mistake when someone thought the door was supposed to be locked when it shouldn't have been locked.

I will of course try to. But next time you see something like that let someone know at the venue if you can. You probably would have liked to use the room today as well.

I've sent a message. But honestly speaking, if someone says something on the day at the venue this has way more effect than a message being sent the next day informing them about something that couldn't be rectified any longer.
I am sure if someone else had problems and mentioned it on the day it was dealt with immediately.

Not sure. Attendees and crew were all very busy on the wekend so maybe no one needed to use it.

The Organisers Booth is there so people can go up and query things if they need to. These things really should be raised by the person with the issue directly to a staff member at the event itself.
We can only contact Showmasters in the same way as you can - phone, email etc. It's not any easier for us.
