I recieved my tickets in the post the other day and didn't recieve my Robert Patrick shoot, I know everyones up there setting up at the moment, I assume I just go see the ticket peoples sat morning?

Yes, bring the print out of your actual order and of course the tickets and go to the Organisers Booth.
Hazel is not actually at the show, so you can try e-mailing info@collectormania.com as well and let her know. But it's too late to post a replacement now, so she'll probably tell you to go and see crew at the show.
