Just tried to book: the hotel says the code is wrong and that the discount hasn't been confirmed yet.....

I spoke to them this morning and confirmed all this.
Will do so again tomorrow.
Obviously once was not enough. !!!!

Here we go.
The hotel gave me the wrong booking code yesterday.
Here is the correct code which i have already changed in my past posts.

1010AUT

The prices are confirmed
£60 single
£84 twin or double
£120 triple  all including breakfast.

Money is taken out on day of departure.
However if you do not show and do not cancel they will take the money.

Is it possible to use the Booking Code for an online booking? Where on Radissons's web site should I enter the booking code?

Its still working. Just rang them, and money is non-refundable, apparently. Booking rack rate is 80GBP plus taxes, so 96 overall. Plus Brekkie...

That is not our agreement with them.
£60 single £84 twin or double inc breakfast.
It is refundable up to 24 hours prior.

Dave, I meant that rack rate (If you bought online via their website without codes, or hotels.com), would be from 80quid plus booking fee, and doesn't include brekkie. Autographica rate is as you say.. seemingly no extras, no taxes to add later, and includes brekkie.

I was however told the money was non-refundable. Oh well.

I was able to book over the phone the other day for a double room and the lovely lady on the other end of the phone took the code, so when she mentioned breakfast was involved well anybodies lovely to me in that sense!
