What are your thoughts on Ghost Rider : Spirit Of Vengeance? The reboot sequel for Ghost Rider was in pre-production for ages and filming for it has been going for a couple of months now.

But just a few weeks back, Christopher Lambert announced on his official Facebook page that (as of January) he is going to be part of it. His character has not been announced yet, but it's excellent to know that he's involved.

The first film got mixed reviews, if you enjoyed it then you'll look forward to this sequel and if you didn't, then it doesn't matter as it's going to completely disregard the original and start afresh. Hence it being a reboot. It's going to be directed by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor who are responsible for films like "Crank". Nicolas Cage will also return as Johnny Blaze.

Here's hoping that this film will be CL's big-screen comeback, like Pulp Fiction was to John Travolta and Sin City was to Mickey Rourke.

The first film was awful. Not sure why they wanna continue with it.

Well I've heard this sequel is going to disregard the first and be a completely different film in it's own right. You never know you might actually like this one.    

It looks like it's going to be a more darker, grittier and edgy film and with it being directed by the people who bought us the "Crank" films it's bound to be fast paced and action-packed.

There's a rumour that Christopher Lambert will play Mephistopheles, who was played by Peter Fonda in the original.
I'd be very happy if they cast him in that part, he has the perfect voice for a Demon don't you think?
