Well what do you think, personally I reckon it isn't going to snow and they have got it all wrong as usual.

So I was wondering what everybody else thought.

If it does snow in your area and you have loads of it, as they reckon there will be, then let us know here.

Aylesbury hardly ever gets snow, don't know if its because we live in a valley, but there ya go.

Thats exactly what I am hoping for. I remeber years ago when I used to go to school, it did snow in Aylesbury and it snowed a lot, anyway, the school was closed down for a couple of days, because the heating had gone.

So i have my fingers crossed for everyone who has to go to school and work, that they have the same problem.

I can't remember exactly what the temperature is, but if it gets below a certain point, I'm sure they can't force you to work. I could be wrong on this and its since changed.

Where I work its a law unto its self, we had no heating for a few hours today I sat in my coat and scarf all day, my fingers were freezing and trying to type as well

My kids school have already said if it snows bad they are closing so they are hoping it does now :D

I live in Borehamwood/Elstree, I used to live in Ampthill, Bedfordshire which is not that far from Aylesbury, I have been there a few times.

Lets do a Snow dance/chant or something so we can all have day off work/school/college/uni ect ;)

I hope they have got it right too, but I just never believe a word they say, they always get stuff wrong, you watch it will just rain rain rain like it always does.

I've never actually done sledging, but it would be fun to make a snowman, and shove some snow down Bladerunners trousers, only because i am evil like that LOL

It's already tried to snow here in Leicester - well more like sleet, but I'm sure it's coming. Hey we could all build snow hobbits or try to run around on the top of it like Legolas ;)

:D

My aunt lives in Leicester, Market Harborough, useless bit of info there!!

You got your avatar sorted, well done you :D

ooooooo that reminds me, best find a sheet to put over the car, just in case, otherwise muggins here will be scraping the ice off a car i don't even drive. Although it does come with a very good taxi driver sort of thing, he doesn't charge me either, well not in money anyways LOL

Bridgwater never gets snow so I voted no! Everywhere I've lived (Oxford, Gloucester, Aylesbury, Lincoln, Leicester, Boston Ma even St.Ives in Cornwall) has had snowfall of some description until this place!

Vamps! if you think Aylesbury is dire, come to Bridgwater!

I can guarentee this place won't get snow!!! :D

PS best UK snow I can remember was during a harsh winter very early 80's and we went to visit family in Yorkshire by train. It was so cold my Aunt's handbag froze to the window!

PPS we didn't get a frost last night either
