[TOS Trek Dave]

Hi can anyone help as I have never been to a massive events weeknd before. Will the event finish early evening on Sunday or will there be more convention stuff late on Suinday? I only ask as I dont know whether to book the hotel for Sunday night aswell -Thanks

The closing ceremony is usually around 6 PM, give or take maybe half an hour.

Depending on where you life you should be able to get home the same day.

There's also usually a chillout party on the Sunday that some people like to go to if they don't have to be back for work the next day

There's also usually a chillout party on the Sunday that some people like to go to if they don't have to be back for work the next day

Thanks I am leaving my options open. I have a 250 mile journey home that night though unless I do stay.

Yes the sunday is a chillout party, but dont let that decide whether you stay or not.

The chillout party at the last hub ended up being the one I got into the most and danced SO MUCH at lol

Plus it was an 80s theme so loads of us put effort into costumes for the theme.


If you end up making loads of friends over the weekend you may get to sunday night and regret no sticking around, but if you have work on the monday you may want to head home lol

Sorry about the late reply - I am coming from Carlisle in Cumbria. Also hope to see Shatner in London in July. I have all the tickets for shoots/talks etc.

I am just learning how to use the Forum so forgive my answer being posted in the wrong place. I went to another Trek Convention in Las Vegas the last two years so Nothhampton seems just down the road.
