i just want to say sorry for the last thread i did, i never meant it to bring up such bad blood, it was just a suggestion, i am new to cons, LFCC was my first event and i had such a blast there, was trying to save myself some cash and was looking at more local event which i could take my daughter to as she had as much fun as i did . i didn't realise that the topic had come up so many times before in the past as i only joined the forum a few months ago. Hopefully i will be at collectormania Glasgow this year and can say sorry in person, so once again sorry - don't hate me

First may I take the time to welcome you to the Glasgow board and say 'hi'.

 

Please dont feel that members of this board will hate you as its untrue. Its just that from time to time members of this board get very passionate about the success and continuation of Showmasters having a presence in Glasgow and Scotland as a whole. You are perfectly entitled to your views as is every member on this board, so dont feel that you have any pressure or influence to NOT be yourself. You are you and thats what makes you unique, so feel free to contribute anything you care to share with us when, and if you feel you want to.

 

Please dont feel as if you have to apologise because in my opinion you have nothing to apologise for. The whole intention of this place is to inform and debate all manner of subjects concerned with the con at Glasgow and your opinion is as important and as equal to everyone else's that is on here.

 

I'm afraid that as we are passionate about the continued success and improvement of Glasgow, we can sometimes come across as maybe a little head strong or forceful in our choices of words but there is no intention to make anyone feel bad or feel they have to apologise for something that occurs more or less inevitably. We are passionate and as such will always come back to a debate that hopefully will contribute something towards the development of the con.

 

Please dont feel like you cant join in with any debate on here and remember that it is about improvement and suggestions but above all else just remember that its all meant to be enjoyable and fun!
