As I can only attend either Saturday or Sunday, can we have an indication of which guest is appearing on which day? I assume that overseas guests will be appearing on both days.

A list with the appearance days is normally posted a bit more close to the event.
But generally speaking most overseas guests will attend on both days, yes.
