Anyone want to share a Taxi from Euston Station

Hi Everyone we are attending Timequest 2 and i was thinking of taking a Taxi from London Euston station on the Friday March 12th as we are Travelling a long way and would need to make 4 Train changes, and i am trying to cut out 2 Trains and the Taxi from Cheshunt station. I am Disabled as is my Son so doing 4 train changes wouldn't be fun, we are staying at the Theobald Hotel until Monday March 15th so i have made enquiries for prices for Return Journeys if you wish to share with us. We arrive at Euston Station at 2pm on the Friday if anyone wants to share with us and you want to get to the Hotel the easy way, As soon as i get any Replys i will phone Gary at the Taxi Company i have been given from what i have been told so far it could be around £18 per person for a RETURN JOURNEY up to 8 people. And they have said they can pick up from Paddington, Kings Cross, St Pancras Station and the fare would be £50 for up to 4 people SINGLE JOURNEY (Thats £12.50 EACH) and £95 RETURN (£23.50 EACH) . And i read somewere on the Hotel website the Taxi Fare from Cheshunt Station to the Theobald Hotel is around £14 SINGLE FARE so it may work out cheaper to Taxi from London Euston and cut out the Tube fares and Taxi fare from Cheshunt. So if you wish to Travel with us please let me know by March 5th as they will need exact numbers for the Taxi Company. Thank You. Hope this helps. When booking can you give them pick up times from any of the stations listed and tell them if you are Returning Sunday or Monday and what time your train is, hope this will help everyone using public transport to get to the Theobald Hotel in comfort.
