Showmasters email?

Have tried numerous times over the last 2 months to email to no avail....

 

My query concerns my visit to Collectormania London and David Soul. I was wondering whether I could have a replacement or refund on my David Soul autos as he signed them in biro and the biro has left an indentation on the back of both. It was pointless speaking to him or his helper at the time as they both seemed to be in such a foul mood.

 

Any suggestions?

flyers was just offering, I work with earls court so putting out some of the flyers should not be a problem as LFCC and CML are held with us.

 

the chevron question was just asking if its possible to reserve a silver ticket (which i know is unlikely) as im skint and cant afford it till the summer. I could leave my credit card as a guarantee but i only emailed this yesterday so lol,

There's no reserving whatsoever, so they will not let you.

There's no reserving whatsoever, so they will not let you.

are updates for the specific cons put up reg tickets so ill know if silver is low?

we are working very hard in the office at this time and sometimes we do not get back to some of you :blink:

 

we do want to reply to you all but as Toni Hart says its we can not respond to you all , if you feel you do need an answer then please do ring the office , thats what it is there for to help you with anything you need from us , we do get a lot of emails a day around 500 a day and when a big show is coming up it gos up to 750 to 1000 emails , so you can see things do get missed , also people on here say they emailed and they say it under there forum name ? well if we looked for that name we would not find anything and with the large amount of emails its really hard to troll though them all .

 

so we do care , we are here to help and we want to help but please if you do not get a response do re email or just give us a ring in offices hours on 01908671138

 

one last thing as to the call for french fans to help us we have all your emails and we will get back to you , and we thank you for emailing and we have kept all the emails and look forward to talking more to you all

I was told to email them regarding cast shots for Gold Pass holders as I had to leave early so need to know how to get them.
You will need to e-mail your details, and if possible include attach photo shoot from the same day to make it easier to spot your cast photo.

I think you misunderstood - I'm not in the photo - its the one you get being a gold pass holder with just the guests in it.
