might try and check series 2 out online, but still cant beat a trek con and im sure a trek con would be more popular in ticket sales
First convention LFCC 2009
Im known as Mr Photo shoot "the original you might say!"
"Let us therefore brace ourselves to our duties, and so bear ourselves, that if the British Empire and its Commonwealth last for a thousand years, men will still say, This was their finest hour."
"The quest for the grail is not archeology, it's a race against evil. If it is captured by the Nazis, the armies of darkness will march all over the face of the earth"
"There are some corners of the universe which have bred the most terrible things. Things which act against everything we believe in. They must be fought!"

There's probably a good amount of people who want to meet Firefly guests and not be that bothered about other Whedonverse guests, like me

About Merlin, I am 23 and I know several people who are in their 20s and over and completely love the show and its stars. So it's not just the younger fans! :) It seems to appeal to a wide range of people, all for different reasons I'm sure.
The reason it's getting a lot of votes is probably due to the high likelyhood of getting a good guest line up. The main cast have been wonderful at the few events they've taken part in, and in my opinion would be great at a con.

Or maybe some sort of a crime convention - you include everything from Ashes to Ashes, to CSI, to Starsky & Hutch or even Murder She Wrote and Diagnosis Murder!

Battlestar Galactica
Smallville
Section 3 is tough as I would go to a Firefly con however I've already got a ticket for Hallowhedon and hope to see some of the cast then.
Laura Vandervoort, Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Summer Glau, Morena Baccarin, Nathan Fillion, Eliza Dushku, Emma Caulfield, Amy Acker, Alexis Denisof, Jolene Blalock, Linda Park, Brent Spiner, Amanda Tapping, David Hewlett, Torri Higginson, Tricia Helfer, Kate Beckinsale.

I love flashforward! Great concept for a show....very interesting.
BSG because it is AMAZING! I would love to see SM do a BSG con. Or at least gest some more guests to signing event......Pretty please SM :)
And firefly/Serenity, because I missed all the cons in the UK when they used to run, and I'd love too see all the guys/girls up on stage together. Yes there is Hallowhedon, but that is always going to be more geared for the buffy/angel fans in my opinion. How about a Firefly/Dollhouse con and leave hallowhedon as a buffy/angel??
And glee. Only one word needed. AWESOME!

I'm not even going to vote because all the ones I want to vote for are in Section 3.
why should I vote for something in the other sections if I really don't want to go to them?
Will sing for a Con
Now retiring from singing
Might have to take up singing again at this rate

The only show/film I can see being worth a vote is Lord of the Rings because of The Hobbit being due soon.
I look at things like Firefly ( which I dearly love) and think that time has passed and would only be worth it if you got Gina Torres or Joss Whedon and whose fan base has been attending another organizers events for years
On a similar note Supernatural while it maybe a current show but again two main cast members have attended another organizers event this year and Jeffrey Dean Morgan is the only one that most fans need to meet
The shows that I like I just can't see having the fan base to carry only supporting cast as guests, shows like Bones who if you could get the main cast member that people want to meet You would be better served having him at Hallowhedon
The other show that I enjoy is Smallville and that has already been proved to not work with even main cast unless someone gets Tom Welling can not see it working
Let's be bad guys
I aim to misbehave

Dexter - I think it needs to build a fan base the show is really good.
For those of you wandering what the show is about, it's about a serial killer who does blood spatter analysis for the police, but he murders guys that kill innocent people and him being a serial killer himself gives him the edge to find the people who are killers, whilst also consealing his murders from the police, FBI, sister, friends and his lover.
I do know more but i don't want to ruin it for people who want to see it for the first time. But please give this show a chance it's really good.
