important news for Eternal Twilight 4

hi all
With the amazing success of New Moon we have been asked by some of the Stars agents to book the guests well in advance for our event at the end of 2010 to help with their schedules as they will be busy next year and many of the actors do want to attend this event. Because of this we need to put tickets on sale as this is the best way to gauge the response of ET4 and gives us the potential to book the best guests we can. This will happen next week.
Guests for ET3 are going well and more will be going up soon and all is in hand to make ET3 a great event , but we have a great opportunity with guests for ET4 and need to know how many of you intend to come. This will take the event to the next level. You already know we have lots planned for events in 2010 and this will help take us there.
We have a few changes for the events to help make it an even more fun and amazing weekend for all involved, but we are keeping most of this surprise for now until nearer time.
Eternal Twilight 4 will take place on:
Friday 22nd – Sunday 24th October 2010
Hilton Metropole, Birmingham
Standard - £88.00
Silver - £155.00
Gold - £225.00
Child - £29
Tickets will go on sale Friday 22nd Jan at 7pm for ET3 ticket holders ONLY first . Please make sure you tell us your ET3 order number and the name of the ticket holder in the comments and delivery box in the shopping basket section of the shop. If you do not supply us with these details your order can not be processed.
For those of you that bought tickets at ET2 or the TwiProms and dont have an order number please specify where you bought your ticket and your ticket holder name.
Tickets will then go on sale to the general public 4 days later on 26th Jan at 7pm. Please also supply the ticket holder names in your order (in the comments box at the bottom of the order form) otherwise your tickets can not be processed.
Please note that the system for 1 ticket per person is still in place. But if you wish to order more than one ticket on the same order you can still do this if ALL the ticket holder names supplied are in possession of ET3 tickets.
As you can see the prices for 2010 have had to go up a little we are working really hard to get even bigger names or possibly more guests and more activities at all of our Eternal Twilight conventions from ET4 onwards , this does mean we do have to charge a little more to cover the extra costs for doing this, but rest assured it will all be spent on the conventions, and the fans and attendees themselves will benefit for this .
we look forward to seeing you all there and having even more fun in 2010 at Eternal Twilight conventions
Jason

It's January.
December was the originally planned date, but that was changed. That's why the other "important news" topic is closed and unpinned. Is there any other topic left that got missed?

I know it all goes on the cons which is fantastic and therefore I am not having a go about the costs, but wonder would it be possible to sort of let us know (like with ET3) who we MAY expect there. I appreciate the amount of hard work and the expense such events are and I love the cons very much.
Before anyone thinks I'm having a moan, I'm not, I'm happy to go standard if thats all I can get but would be gutted if I missed the opportunity to be a Gold if the leading cast were there. Thats why I was hoping for a hint haha

When a contract is signed the guest will be announced.
Sometimes there may be hints or guessing games when an actor has signed to make the actual announcement more fun. Otherwise the biggest hint you may get is "we're working on guests from New Moon" (I think that was what was done for the proms).
But there won't be an announcement "we're negotiating with (insert name of actor/actress here)." Last time (and as far as I recall that was the only time it was done) that was done things did not turn out, the guest did not sign and did not attend. The attendees were very unhappy and disappointed.

I just want to ask you two little things, though I know it's kind of stupid ^^'
In fact, I never went to any of the two Eternal Twilight Conventions. I was not 18 when they happened, and since I am soon turning 18, I do want to go the the 4th one :)
The thing is, I am French so I don't know where to buy tickets... ? I am really sorry for such an idiotic question x)
Secondly, what does the price refer to ? I mean, I guess that the tickets which are more expensive open wider doors, but what does that mean, roughly ? (I suppose you can't reveal the agenda beforehand ^^' )
Thanks
Justine

Thanks and I completely agree that would be tempting fate and would leave many upset.
I was hoping for a little hint like the one for the proms, 22nd Jan is a few weeks off yet, so do you think a hint may be released or a contract signed before then?
I know its a huge ask, and I doubt I am alone when I say how much we all desperately want to be at ET4 and more than most have to juggle finances, work, college, uni, family etc so to have a teeny hint and let our overactive imaginations do the rest would be

Oh ! Hum, btw, I have another question =/ sorry ^^'
I did want to go to the other conventions Eternal Twilight, but I couldn't... And I saw that those who actually go to the 3rd one will be priviledged for the tickets.. So I won't have a chance to buy gold tickets, right ?

It is possible that they will all sell to previous attendees, but they may not

Okay.. but I guess people would rather go for Gold tickets... I mean, if you do something, you might as well do it thoroughly, right? x)

Well, you know what I mean. I would be sorry for those who can't afford it.. but I really wish I could get a Gold ticket. It would be the craziest thing I've ever done but, it would also be a first !
