Could we have a writers' panel again? It was a big success at the first two Hubs, so would be nice to have some writers for the 4th Hub. Or / and some background ppl - make.up artist, costume designer, assistant etc.?

Yeah, a writer or two would be really cool - I have a couple friends who went to the writer workshop Phil Ford did at Hub 2 and came away with a lot of fantastic advice.

Would like to see a writer too - I too enjoyed phil ford at hub 2, he was another one who got he whole hub spirit

I'd love to see a writer announced as a guest and am sure that their talks would be very interesting. To name a few, I would love to meet; Chris Chibnall, James Moran, Joseph Lidster, P.J Hammond, John Fay and Catherine Tregenna.

I've just been to a writers event in Cardiff and they are a lovely bunch, met James Moran accidentally at Screenwriters Fest and Joe at another writers talk, happily bought him a couple beers and hopefully will do so again.

Writers panel sounds like a great idea!
Also make up or prop makers (as someone mentioned above), their creativity adds to Torchwood - the people who make the masks, invent the Bekaran scanner and Singularity scalpel...
Aiming really high - what about a director to go with the writer? That could be really in depth - did the director put it on screen how the writer imagined it?

Peter Anghelides invented the Brekkan Deep Tissue scanner

I felt disgusted to actually label myself in the same group as them, CoE was bad but that should never equal death threats.
As for James I've had the privilege of meeting him twice and would dearly love to do so again.

He has said that he wouldn't do Hubs due to save Ianto Jones. But hey anyone bar RTD and poss John Fay would be good. Not John Fay cos he hasn't been surrounded by TW like Lidster, etc.
