Showmasters Admin Too Tall Posted November 4, 2009 Showmasters Admin Share Posted November 4, 2009 (edited) The nice surprise is that we have sorted the schedule so that everyone gets a FREE Guest Encounter with each of the 4 main guests! Please be aware that we've change the rules on keeping your seats in talks. Once we have loaded the hall that is your seat for the whole afternoon. So please make sure you come along at 2:15pm on Saturday to get your seats as that will be your seats in the main talk at the end of the day! Hopefully there will be a Chevron 7.4 On Saturday the hall will be loaded at 2.15 which is when some of the guest encounters are due to finish. With the numbers we have it'll more likely be about 2:20pm when we load the hall. The only thing I can think of is that they the match the guest encounters group, so group 1 will have their photos 9:00 - 9:30 on Saturday, then signings until 11:45, but this doesn't quite work out as they won't get Torri's. Due to the low number of attendees we will not be using the GROUP numbers in the photo shoots and autographs. The autographs will all be open queues. You will just be able to join any queue at anytime. There will be crew at the ends of the queues to stop any one queue getting toooooo long. We have allowed more than enough time for everyone to get their autographs. Even for the Gold and Silver pass holders it will be fine. You will have around 30 minute between photo shoots. With 150 attendees the longest any autograph queue will be is 50 people. And that's less than 30 minutes of people. So you'll happily get an autograph and then back off to get your next photo shoot. And if you don't get one of your autographs we've got a 45 minute autograph session on Sunday. The photos will be called. Gold first, then Silver and then Standard. At every con we have we work on a photo shoot speed of 90 people per 15 minutes. So we can happily get through 180 people in 30 minutes. With only 160 attendees, even if everyone gets a photo we will get through them in 30 minutes. Also we have a 15 minute window at the end "in case" of an over run.
