Saturday Niight - Primitive Worlds Party Enjoy the offword ambience of the less technologically advanced cultures. Relax around the campfire with the locals or dance the night away in the great hall with fellow archaeologists. Sunday Night - Lost in Space: Arrival on The Destiny Your jump home from the offworld party has gone horribly wrong!! You arrive battered and bruised in the dusty hold of an abandoned ship travelling across the far reaches of the universe. The dress to impress party at 7.2 was on the Saturday rather than the Friday, which seemed to make the evening a rather quieter affair than the Friday night party where everyone was wrecked by the time I got there at half nine... I think with less formal attire on the Saturday it should make both parties that much more exciting... Sunday night's party will be the first Sunday I have done so it'll be an experience... blackbow2006 Posted October 26, 2009 Share Posted October 26, 2009 My wife and I are coming to Chevron 7.3 for our honeymoon, and it looks like the parties are gonna be cool... *thinks* Hmm, gonna have to sort out costume for the Sunday night party - and only two weeks to do it! (already got a suit/bow tie for Fri, and a Daniel-style archaeologist costume for Saturday). What's anyone else planning on wearing for the parties? (Would be good to know other people's plans) C7.3 will be my wife's first con, and my first SG con - here's hoping for a weekend to remember! Friday will probably be a new black top I have with black trousers and boots and Sat I have no idea. We don't tend to do the Sunday parties because of work the next day but i've heard they are nice and chilled. I mean...I've got a suit would that be acceptable for Fri and a set of British DPM camo that I could use for Sat and Sun...? My GF who is going with me probably wont have anything other than her own dresses...is she cool to wear these or do we have to go dressed up? You don't HAVE to dress up.
