Angelus1971
Hi I've bought tickets for myself and other in advance and they still haven't arrived. Just a little concerned that they will not get to me before the show. And because of the mess up with my tickets for the MK show which I had prepaid and were wrong!!! Have they infact been sent out yet? And if not, why not? We're not standing in any queues on the day have already prepaid for early entry. Please advise. comawhite
It's been mentioned in this thread: http://showmastersonline.com/forums/index....showtopic=52213 I believe Jola's actually away now for a week (from yesterday) and said all queries will be dealt with after her return, so I'm not sure you'll get anything back from the online shop address.. touchthesky
If you dont get them you can just take your confirmation to the event itself. We had to do that for LFCC. :)

I'm sorry but I don't process the ticket sales for Showmasters. I only deal with the ticket sales for the Massive Event conventions. All Glasgow orders as far as I'm aware are being dealt with by Showmasters themselves.
comawhite
Interesting to hear... is anyone who deals with tickets for the event reading? I'm not speaking on behalf of anyone - just while I'm here wondering if theres any answer to the enquiries at all? I know what it's like trying to get the answer to a question and it seems as if ether no ones listening or trying to shift it to someone else. AmbersKnight
Okay, this is probably going to be an obvious question but what if you didn't buy the ticket yourself but it was bought for you? I take it that person would have the confirmation details?

Yes, the conformation details will have been emailed to the address that was given when the person who bought the tickets registered with Showmasters' store. Seem's no-ones bothering about the ticket sales! Jola doesnt process them, but everyone else thought she did, and no-one wants to say they do instead and nothing seems to be getting done! Meanwhile we've paid for something it doesnt look like we'll get, and have to pick up on the morning despite paying postage. Didnt Kirstie do tickets for lfcc? Perhaps for Glasgow too? At the moment regarding ticket sales, brewrey and that thing people cant organise come to mind! At least two events running now theres been issues with people actually getting their tickets. Jola
Didnt Kirstie do tickets for lfcc? Perhaps for Glasgow too? No, she only took over in the short term for LFACC. I had to stop processing them due to real life committments getting in the way, and she was able to step in at short notice to do that event. AmbersKnight
So who is it we talk to about the tickets?
Queen_Sindel
Showmasters themselves. I'd suggest to e-mail info@showmastersonline.com with the headline "Ticket Query for Glasgow" if there's a problem.
crippsy_99
But what if you've already emailed that address and had no reply?? In less than 12 hours time i'll be on a train to my holiday. Dont know when I'll be online next, and certainly wont be home to recieve anything should something now suddenly arrive in the post. We should have had tickets weeks ago now, not waiting until a couple of weeks before the event
Queen_Sindel
Bring the print out of your order. You will get in with that. It's would have been quite unusual if the tickets had been sent out weeks before the event. It's always been two weeks or less lately. AmbersKnight
Sorry to be pernickity but what if you don't have a printer or reasonable access to one? Will a had written version of the confirmation number be enough?
