Tickets

Anyone else still waiting for tickets, either entry and/or photoshoots?

 

I STILL dont have my saturday early entry ticket or my two Robert Picardo photoshoots which I ordered back in april (ones mine, the others for a friend).

It was the same order as my midlands and lfcc stuff I ordered at the same time, midlands stuff came fine, lfcc stuff came after id repeatedly asked about it, and was told at the time wait for the glasgow stuff but it would arrive soon.

 

I have until friday for it to arrive, as I am leaving early monday morning before the morning post arrives for a weeks holiday in Glasgow and wont be home for them then!

Have also emailed about it so waiting for a reply now.

I believe Jola's actually away now for a week (from yesterday) and said all queries will be dealt with after her return, so I'm not sure you'll get anything back from the online shop address..

Well thats handy!

I know I can print off the confirmation for the photoshoots, but if I remember right from when people had this problem at lfcc, it wont do them much good for the early entry!

 

Think next time I will do seperate orders, rather than one big £200 order for 3 events as ive had nothing but problems from that giant order I made in April!

Friend of mine very kindly bought me a ticket for the Amber Benson photoshoot and the ticket has yet to arrive. I am lucky in that living local I can wait to probably the day before at the latest but really they should be here by now surely?

It does say in the FAQ on the forums that tickets aren't usually sent out until about a week before the event. Though I'm worrying now as I still haven't got tickets for early bird entry and photoshoot on Saturday yet, so there's only today and tomorrow for them to arrive. If I have to take the confirmation e-mail and don't get in til 10 on Saturday I'll be wanting the £5 extra I paid for the early bird ticket back.

If the tickets don't arrive on time and you bring the confirmation e-mail of course you still will be able to go in with the Early Bird tickets, as you paid for.
