Online Ticket Query

Hey,

 

When I read that the tickets were going to stop selling at 6pm on whatever day it was, I quickly ordered my Alex Meraz Photoshoot ticket (on the 12/07/2009 (05:29).

 

I checked my ticket status today and my others say paid but my alex meraz ticket just says "viewed." Why hasnt my ticket been processed etc?

At this time it's difficult to answer as everyone is now getting ready for the show, and you'll find that Kirstie who processes the orders as well as Showmasters will be there from tomorrow setting up.

 

The best thing to do is take a copy of your confirmation email with you and go to the organisers booth where they should be able to deal with it.

Just checked my bank account and the money has been taken out, I doubt that they will be able to send my ticket out by tomorrow for sunday, so i'm guessing that Ill have to pick my ticket up when I get there, how does that work? and will I get my £2 recorded delivery back seeing as its not being delivered.

I don't think anyone official is around on the forum and so you might not get an answer. If you got a confirmation e-mail bring a copy and show the people at the Organisers Desk and explain your situation, then mention the £2 and they'll hopefully refund you that.
