PeterMegahey1701 Posted June 4, 2009 Share Posted June 4, 2009 I Purchased a Gold Programme but completely forgot about sending in a headshot picture. So what do I do? I could bring my passport with me, then crew could simply match the names and check the passport picture is me. Any advice would be much appreciated. Jola Posted June 5, 2009 Share Posted June 5, 2009 The passport photo is required as it goes onto your pass. Don't worry too much if you haven't sent one in, there isn't much we can do about it right now. However, if you have a spare passport sized photo take it with you to the show just in case they can fix it onto the pass when you collect. Without one you'd get huge groups of people all taking advantage of a single pass I will be bringing my Order Confirmation + other emails, a passport sized picture and my passport with me. I’m not coming until Saturday so I’ve still got today to get everything ready.
