Not received any tickets and sent an e-mail but had no reply

It's not a problem if you bring the order confirmation, and proof of purchase (bank statement) or the card you paid with.

So you'll be fine in the end whatever happens

Photo op tickets haven't arrived.

Can provide statement for confirmation of payment taken.

Can I still collect photo op tickets at event if don't arrive in post tomorrow ?

If you sign into the online shop you can print out confirmation - sign in, then click on "My Account", then "Query order status", select your order, then click the "print view" button which will give you your order confirmation page.

Tried it, Did not work. There was no orders available.

Which is weird as there is no order stated but payment has been taken from account.

we are at the show now so please just turn up and any issues will be worked out on the day do not worry

the event look so much better than i thought it would at our new home its really a great place to run this event
