I don't want to sound like some kind of Scrooge but are these prices definite?

I ask because the set of price listings I saw previously for Autographica 11 with Tony Curtis, the prices were more than stated (from memory Tony was £20 extra). Also, some of the guests appeared not to have been informed & were also charging more & they were unaware about the photo shoots times.

Last year Valerie Leon,Martine Beswicke and Caroline Munro all nipped off and came back with their prices altered from a tenner to 15 quid.I didnt  mind as i think they are worth it but is this something that may happen again?

I haven't been at this Autographica so I can't comment on the exact circumstances. Maybe TooTall or another crew member can comment better on this.

There've been guests that charged more for "special items" like the football players do for shirts. But I am really not aware of Tony Curtis having done anything similar. A price difference of 20 quid per autograph seems a lot. Normally the lists posted are exact. If there's a difference it's usually no more than 5 pounds, and that is a rather rare thing.

The price here should be correct and what will be paid on the day.

I'm not aware of the Tony Curtis autograph changing price. I'm sure it was always advertised at around the £30 mark and that was what it was on the day.

Yes the prices are correct.
Tony charged £30 last year and was advertised at £30 throughout. Inc preorder prices.

I paid for 2 Tony Curtis autographs with a £50 note :headscratch:

When I met Tony Curtis on the Saturday I was charged more than £30 by the woman handling the money & I'm sure there was also an A4 note on the wall with the price (she pointed to it) - I think it was around the £50 mark. I did mention that it was more than the price you listed but she wasn't able to help/advise.

Regarding phantom's comments on Caroline's, Martine's & Valerie's price change: they started off asking their usual fee (£15) & I happen to mention the listed price to Caroline & they changed it but at some point they did revert back. I'm a friend of Caroline & can definitly say she was not told of the charges or the photo shoot(s) until I'd mentioned it.

I thought I paid £25 for Tony Curtis....and that was definitely on the Saturday.

It certainly wasn't any more than £30, but I think it was £25 from memory....

I think I got about 7 things signed by Tony Curtis and I seem to remember paying either £25 or £30 each.  Whichever one it was, it was whatever was advertised.
