Yes, all the Gold Pass emails are sent as soon as I have processed the order. I have had nothing bounced back to me as undeliverable, so I assume you have received it, or it may have ended up in your junk mail folder. If you have purchased a Gold Pass for this show, and haven't received an email, then contact me on info@collectormania.com and I'll re-send it. Now ive got to recheck that im definatly off that week...i booked the weeks that i wanted off in jan and rechecked soon after but i better check again just in case....
