nicky
Meeting at least 4 guests so far, might just stop by to say hello to couple others. Thanks for the update. What about talks? Any word on them yet?
MikeDonovan
Definitely meeting 5 guests so far, maybe 6. Might be popping in to Autographica too if time permits. Will be keeping an eye on talks too. Nicky, this might be the right time for me to buy you that beer I promised you last year
surfy_sah
very happy that Jonathon Ke Quan is £15 though may not meet Joan Collins now as £25 is alot! realise she is a Hollywood Legend but I collect ST autos and even though the one ep she appeared in was sci-fi history, am not sure it's worth £25 saying that, this is probs a once-in-a-lifetime thing so I'll probably end up getting the auto it would be really cool if there was an 8x10 with both Joan and Shattner on it, incase he comes back in the future? surfy sah xx
MikeDonovan
By the way, given that all the big Indy guests are on Sat, it seems a bit odd that Peter Pacey is Sun only - I reckon this will definitely drop his business. But I'm sure SM have already thought of that and are working on him doing Sat as well (or instead)

But I'm sure SM have already thought of that and are working on him doing Sat as well (or instead) It does unfortunately happen from time to time when they have similar guests, and one ends up doing only 1 day or a different day from the others. But I guess it's better than nothing, and they just hope there'll be enough people staying the whole weekend.
SunSpeed
Not too surprised by some prices and surprised by others (Lenora Critchlow being only £10). I may have it wrong but I'm sure it said George Kennedy's autograph was £25 on the letter sent in the post about the two events. I'll take a guess at Joie Vejjajiva's autograph being £15. Has George Lazenby's autograph gone up in price? When I last saw him at another UK event I think his autograph then was £15. Count Fooku
He was £20 at an instore signing last year and I think he was £20 at the last CM he did from memory. He is James Bond after all! Quick question about the Ian McNeice free autograph, if I have a gold pass for autographica which gets me into CM Midlands after 1pm do I qualify for a free signature or do I have to pay the £10? Queen_Sindel
He was £20 at an instore signing last year and I think he was £20 at the last CM he did from memory. He is James Bond after all! The price at the last CM was £20 for sure, I picked up signatures for some friends there. Quick question about the Ian McNeice free autograph, if I have a gold pass for autographica which gets me into CM Midlands after 1pm do I qualify for a free signature or do I have to pay the £10? There's a certain number of vouchers given out for the free autographs, so it depends on the crowd size if you will qualify or not.
Count Fooku
Thanks for letting me know, I'm not over fussed if I have to pay or not, I'm just pleased he's coming back after I left my DVD at home last time! Yes I know that. George Lazenby may have been £20 when I last got an autograph from him. I was thinking that his autograph had been £15 at some point. SunSpeed
Apart from Lenora Crichlow the other guest whose autograph price for this event has surprised me, is George Baker's. I would have thought his autograph would have been £15 or £20. Including guests who I definitely want to meet and might go and meet I'm meeting nine at Collectormania Midlands 3 and six at Autographica 13. Count Fooku
Dave Scotts more expensive this time than last twice.. despite lower dollar:sterling rate. Still, I heard Buzz is 350 USD a shot, 500 for baseballs..... Pretty sure Dave Scott has been £95 both times he's appeared over here

mcgill
Do the pre-order prices have any relation to the on-the-day prices? The reason I ask is that, I think, the prices for Dudley and George Baker are reversed on the pre-order (£10 and £15 respectively)...?
Queen_Sindel
The pre-ordering is done through MSPG autographs. That would be a question for Mick from MSPG. They may have accidentally switched the prices on their site. Edited March 13, 2009 by Queen_Sindel
mcgill
It was just a query as much as anything else. In the Dudley Sutton thread it was noted by the organisers that DS would be £10 (see response six). http://showmastersonline.com/forums/index....&st=
