Pretty sure neither of those 2 items were listed when I looked at lunchtime but it is also entirely possible that I was just completely stupid and missed them on first reading. Friday isn't really a 'con' day (just the opening stuff and parties), and as the meal being auctioned is for Saturday it obviously couldn't be on the Sunday! Can I suggest though that leaving the meal to the last auction item is entirely unhelpful because it means the winning bidders have literally no time in which to get changed before having to leave. I understand wanting to leave the big items until last but you need to give people 20 - 30 mins to get changed really...especially if the are in a hotel other than The Park. torchwoodangel93 Posted February 23, 2009 Share Posted February 23, 2009 i went to the auction last time, but missed the end cos someone was waiting for me and my friend but this time i want to go and theres something i've got my eye on lol last time i didn't win anything, and i hardly bid for anything too (i did win an intimate encounter though) but it was still fun to watch and see what they had for auctioning. my friend accidentaly won something, she only had £5 left and was bidding £5 for almost everything (small) and they were going up £1 at a time for something, and they got to £5 and my friend was the only one left (she didnt even realise, she wasnt paying attention, lmao) and so she won it..... can't wait!!
