Nicholas Brendon was announced like in November, and it's already 2009 and still no new guest announcements. When will we get some more?

Yeah, to be fair it's been quiet for all events over the Christmas and New Year period (and understandably so!), not just Hallowhedon.
And it is months away, so it's not like there's a huge rush to get loads of guests.
Just be patient, and they'll announce when everything is finalised
