Guest Talks Questions!


If you have a particular question that you would like asked at the guest talks, we now have a new way of submitting these to Massive Events prior to the convention! On each of the Massive Events' websites there is now a Guest Talks Questions submission form that you can fill out - all we need is your question, and the name of the guest you want it asked to.

These questions will all be read and checked prior to being used at the weekend. The best (and most varied) questions will be selected and used during the guest talks each day of the event.

For those of you that have been to a Massive Events convention in the past and seen the system of filling out a small paper form and leaving it in a box, this is basically the same procedure, but it helps us to get more organised prior to the event so that you get the best range of questions on the day!

Please do not post your questions on the forums as they won't be checked, if you do have a question please fill out the form.

We look forward to reading the questions that you come up with and hope that this makes the guest talks run more smoothly in the future!

So how does it work on the day then?  Who reads the questions out, a moderator or do you get called up to ask your question? And is there room for spontaneous questions - ie if the guest has mentioned a particular thing over the weekend that you may have a question about.

Never been to a Massive Events con before so just curious as to how it will work.

The main portion would be moderated by a guy called Paul, who reads out selected questions from what has been submitted. This saves on repeat or inappropriate questions, and chasing around with a mic etc.

There's usually time at the end of a talk for people to put up their hands and ask things though.

wen iv been to other cons the questions have being about anything along as its related to well like the actors your asking?...
I mean people ask what there fav films are and such

What kind of questions would those be? 0.o I've never been to a guest talk before! I've only been to Collectormania 14 and only for a few hours on the Sunday, so I'm pretty new to this convention thing.

could always ask it to someone who has never kissed them and see who they think would be the best kisser and why?

i've heard people ask what type of underwear you prefer. but that was ti Jonathan Woodward and he kinda embarrassed the questioner by telling them none. lol!
