stormie Posted November 12, 2003 Share Posted November 12, 2003 What are the chances of collectomania visiting the uk's second city of Birmingham, the fan base here is huge and i know it would be a success, i visited cm for the first time In mylton Kyenes and although i thought it was great i just got the feeling that Shoppers and collectors dont mix. If it was to be held in Birmingham customers would have to pay for not only tickets but for autographs as well. In all honesty I don't really want to pay an entrance fee when I am already paying up to £20 for an autograph, and as I understand it they charge more at NEC, correct me if i am wrong!!!!!!!!! I loved MK i walked around the whole shopping complex in Stormtrooper Armour and a part from the odd few idiots the general public loved it. I tell a lie there is a sci fi do in a hotel in Bournemouth each year but apart from that I have to drive 3/4 hours to get to these things.
