a simpson
Well, got back today had a great time. 5 autographs later from Mr Rangi and he is always soooo friendly and chatty, a true top fella. His Q&A will go down in the Showmasters Hall of Fame for the haka, it was unbelievable
Hammer_Of_Justice
Ah I have to agree to this. Mr Rangi was easily one of the nicest and most down to earth guests I've had the pleasure of meeting. I was also surprised by his willingness to personalise autographs and also heard his Haka chants from across the arena XP. Overall a great experience and an awesome guest. Guest mojoe
I knew of him but was not intrested in him until i seen him doing his light saber skills. Then went and saw his talk as he said to us he would do the haka. Very friendly talk to me and my mates for like 5 mins so had to get his Auto and i must say one of the best comments on a signed pic ever . He would be more than welcome guest at further shows in my book.
yesindeed
hey gang the HAKA will go down in history i'm sure as it was fantastic me and my fiancee went to the party for a bit and spoke to him, he is one hell of a nice bloke and was telling us that he was hoping to do MK and i hope the guys get him for it because he was fantastic and made my day i would also like to add that Paul Blake, again at the party spoke to him, i don't think any one else did at the party but me and the missus were talking to him for about an hour and a half and he was a true gentleman and was telling us loads of star wars stories and about how he got in the business. If any of you get a chance to meet him have a good chat as he was a delight to have a drink or 5 with (he had 1 i had 5)

Everyone was so friendly... and I mean the guests AND the general public. The atmosphere was great. I got 5 mins alone with Peter Davidson who despite having a supposed reputation for being grumpy was very nice. Same with Nick Brendon and and Ernie Hudson. I couldn't believe I met these people while no one else was there. All in all a great day. Rusty Goffe was in good form skipping around the aarena from time time and Luise Jameson was beaming from ear to ear and very chatty. Looking forward to Sunday. Well done showmasters. A job well done.
vampiric_kitten
I have to agree Shane Rangi was great we got chatting to him at the party and I almost convinced him to dance but he said he'd only get up to R&B and we were all having fun with the cheese!!! Kenny
He was by far my favourite guest there. I chatted with him a fair bit at the party, then he judged the costume competition, then the next morning he ran into a tree and injured his head but was still all smiles and chat through Sunday. He even took pity on me for having to lug around two guitar cases and a bin bag of costume, and told me to store it behind him - awesome!
cyberdrunk
His Q&A will go down in the Showmasters Hall of Fame for the haka, it was unbelievable I was lucky enough to be crewing the talks on Saturday and I must say he was by far the best, entertainment wise. I don't mind saying he terrified me when he did the haka though! Edited August 25, 2008 by cyberdrunk

Emma_Adams
Its a shame i missed his talk on the Saturday, and also a shame he didnt do one on the Sunday I still cant believe he wore that kilt for so long, he was such a good sport! I love how he kept telling people that it was Rusty who gave him that cut on his head XD
