ann+sara+emma+dani
Hey, I'm probably being stupid, but it's a long long time since I've been to a showmasters event that you have to pay to get into (I usually go to Collectormania MK etc) I was browsing the online shop and found "Entry to paid events is now by programme only" What are these programmes? Can we still purchase entry on the door? Also, if there are any photoshoot tickets (which I have never purchased before), is it possible to buy these on the day or do they have to be purchased in advance from the online shop? if there is the possibility of purchasing them on the day, how likely is it that they would be sold out already? I appologise if these questions have already been answered or I'm posting in the wrong place!
Queen_Sindel
Programme basically equals entry ticket. You'll receive a colorful slip of paper in the mail if you order through the online shop. Tickets can be bought at the door, too. Any remaining photo shoot tickets which were not sold online will be on sale on the day at the event. There's 400 tickets issued for each session. It all depends on the popularity of the guest if a session sells out. John Barrowman's sold out at C13, but extra tickets were put on sale and I was able to get one Friday of the event. James Marsters' sessions usually sell out, and at least two of them did in advance. Hayden Panetierre's photo session also sold out at last LFACC, but at the event itself. Same thing for Milo & Adrian from Heroes, but those tickets were sold at the event only.
nicky
I was a bit confused by this too when I bought my Patrick Stewart talk ticket online for LFCC. So I get the ticket in the post with a programme - is that programme my entry ticket too and if so which day is it for and is it early bird or standard entry? Sorry if I'm sounding dumb. I've never used the online shop. Edited June 19, 2008 by nicky
Queen_Sindel
What exactly did you order, nicky? You've confused me slightly, sorry. Did you order a talk ticket for the Patrick Stewart talk and an entry programme, or only the talk ticket? Your talk ticket is admission to the talk only. You will also need to buy an entry ticket/programme to get access to the event.
