does that mean having a photo op with all of the con guest actors together? I didn't know if this was possible.

Looking at the updated schedule, it looks like there is no group photo shoot for this convention. Was it ever listed on the website? Or on the online store when buying the tickets? I'm not sure, as it's one of those things you just take for granted - all of the other events have one, so you don't ever think this will be the odd-one-out. Perhaps Showmasters will be able to confirm this?

Yes, group shot means all actors together.

 

A group shot for Chevron 7 was never listed anywhere as planned and neither were tickets sold for it.

 

Eclipse got one because they found some spare time in the schedule on the day (it was not scheduled originally), and Lockdown got one because of the special circumstances.

 

I guess we can hope that the group shot is one of the "possible programme additions" that Mark mentioned, but we won't know until it is confirmed.

I know tickets were not sold for it - I was referring to the Gold Ticket purchasing.

 

The reason I said all the other events is because The Hub & Eclipse 2 (in addition to Lockdown & Eclipse) both state gold ticket holders will get a group photo session.

You're correct, the wording was changed for The Hub and Eclipse 2.

 

Chevron 7 was the last convention with the wording "free entry to all professional photo sessions" where the text does not specifically mention that a group photo will take place. If there will be one at Chevron 7, Gold Passes will get free entry.

 

I guess the Group Session proved to be so popular that SM decided in advance for The Hub & Eclipse 2 that it would be held.
