I thought we could all show our excitment here and let the countdown begin? I'm certainly excited as I need an excuse to get out of the house at the moment, as I have had 5 migraines in the last 3 weeks (please god give me at least a week off before I get another one) 8 days till C12 if your going on the Friday 9 days if like me your going on the Saturday, thats right isn't it LLAP Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Me I'm excited because I always am when going to any convention and unfortunatelly for me there are too many guests going, that I want to see. Ok its not really a bad thing, but I need to save some money as its my fiances biurthday at the beginning of next month.. Any suggestions what I can get someone who is into the original BSG and Star trek? I don't think I'll be wearing a costume this time (maybe an SG uniform I'm not sure) just havn't had the time or energy to do anything this time, but hopefully next time, though I must admit I'm not as good as some people when it comes to costuming. I'm staying at Holiday inn fri and sat so it'll be a great weekend We don't usually stay overnight as we only live 1hour-1hour and a half away but this time we are staying in a travel lodge as we are going to a sorta party on the Saturday night. Its not the closest one to the centre, its about 10mins drive away, but thats ok for £15 a night for a family room Ok is it just me, but the more I post about going the more excited I get? It's a shame as I've been to every CM since CM3, but I may well be giving this one a miss. (The cancellations of Catherine Hicks and Laurence Luckinbill didn't help.) Well I wasn't into Firefly when it first came out (infact didn't even know about it when it first came out) boroughed a friends dvd's, and have to say its the best ever.... (next to Trek that is) So this will be the first Firefly/Serenity person I will be meeting, though I did meet Mark Sheperd, (think thats his name, the one who wears the bowler hat in the first episode) but that was only for a Voyager autograph.... Hope she's as nice as everyone says she is, though have to admit I usually don't go by other peoples oppinions, like to make my own mind up about an actor, cause you never know if the last time someone saw said guest if they were having an off day or not bring on C12 LLAP Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you havn't watched it already you should.... There was only one episode that I didn't like that much, not because it was a bad episode, but becuase I didn't like what it was about, if you watch it then you should guess which one it is? Well you can add Marina Sirtis to that list now as well - have met her before and got her to sign a cast photo, but will find another suitable picture for her to sign as well! Mega gutted there is no party, but this one will be a little different for me and I'm looking forward to it.
