MikeDonovan
In fairness, this is a new event, and assuming it's a success it's going to take a certain amount of time to get on it's feet, just as Collectormania and LFACC did. My feeling is that it was started with the general idea of "lets try and get as many guests as we can, and take it day by day". So I doubt that there was a firm idea along the lines of "lets get 30 guests". I'm not that fussed about the numbers, but certainly I've said before that I'm somewhat dissapointed with the quality (and type) of guests. You have to accept that different people have different tastes, and that's fine, but as far as I'm concerned morons like Dane Bowers have the musical capability of a cigarette butt. I really started to despair when I saw the endless stream of non-talent boy bands appearing as guests. But then to be fair as I say different people look for different things, and I suppose it's no different than having "3rd Stormtrooper/Orc from the left" etc. This said, the announcement of Blaze Bayley is a huge step in the right direction. He's without a shadow of a doubt the most credible guest on the bill by far, and hopefully we'll see a few more guests along these lines in the run-up to the event. I totally agree, Blaze Bayley is by far more credible and stands head and shoulders above the rest.
glenn
I think this guest list has a mixture for all tastes. Also it's a good size so far.

sigcollector
It's very much a 90's revival with the exception of Howard, Toyah, Tony & Paul. It's fine by me as I'm a 90's child but I agree that there's not a wide enough selection of guests. As people have said, it's still a new event and I think the organisers have done well to get the guests that they have. In a couple of years this event will be huge! glenn
The guest's really span 3 decades,as the like of Alvin Stardust and Toyah were around in the 70's. These sort of events are only really going to attract guests who no longer have current record contracts, but are still gigging around the uk etc.
