It's more to cover the costs of running the show and the fee for the artist rather than to stop people cashing in on E-bay. Prices will be announced nearer the event, but I wouldn't be surprised if a few of the artists were only £10. Anyway for £10-15 you'll get an autograph (personalised if you want), probably a photo if things aren't too busy, and a chance to meet them and talk. It doesn't cost anything to have photos taken at the signing desks with the guests. A friend can take it for you, or a crew member.
