I cannot believe Hellsing, Full Metal Alchemist and Ghost in the Shell are absent from even 1 of these lists.

Hellsing didn’t live up to the manga, at least it’s not as good as the manga I’ve read. The Hellsing Ultimate OVA's are fantastic though, they should have just made them in the first place instead of the series. FMA and SAC were good but the FMA movie and Innocence were both rubbish.

i recently purchased a copy if Ilex's 500 essential Anime movies and it brought back to me many great Anime movies that i watched in the past

i love so much anime i'd probably have an ongoing list! lol!  my list above is pretty much everything i could watch over and over again! even when im like 50 yrs old!
