6) Bewitched, Bothered, and Bewildered ~ The image of Mrs. Summers lusting after Xander was utter genius.
5) Reunion ~ Darla and Dru rocked.
4) Dead End ~ Evil hand!
3) The Body ~ Kristine Sutherland was superb, as was Sarah Michelle.

1) Eternity ~ Cordelia taking on Angelus with a cool concoction of attitude and Evian. Sweet!

Restless - Probably the single funniest episode in the series
Storyteller - Again, very funny
Something Blue - As is this one
The Wish - Buffy, Xander and Willow all die in the same episode, what's not to love?
Tabula Rasa - Randy Giles!?
Chosen - Love the running across the rooftops
Superstar - Another funny one
School Hard - Get the hell away from my daughter! I have a signed pic of that
Life Serial - The sequence with the hand is just extremely funny

as you can see, they are all season 5 & 6...wooo spuffy XD
I managed to watch seasons 5,6 and 7 on dvd in just over 5 days XD but thats all ive seen, as the first episode of buffy i watched was the season 4 finale, so i thought id carry on from there *and i looked on the net to see which seasons were best for spuffyness XD*

EDIT: Just changed a few, as i have now brought and watched seasons 1 and 2 on dvd

Passion - Seriously, it still makes my hair stand on end. Possibly my number one ep..hm!
Tabula Rasa - Desperate-for-a-shag-Giles. Amazing!
The Zeppo - I actually have no idea why, I've just always loved it!
Restless - Xander don't get blood on my couch, I've just had it steam-cleaned..Cheeseman..all incredible!  
New Moon Rising - Purely for the emotion. Oz and Willow in the van as he's leaving is just..guh! Heartwrenching!!
Angel - The start of something beautiful! Just generally brilliant.
Lovers Walk - Spike providing wisdom!
Halloween - Willow growing into herself, love it.
Surprise - My favourite of Buffy's birthdays
Becoming Parts 1&2 - Still can not watch it without being reduced to a big girls blouse!

Plus Into the Woods - Riley leaving...
