LunaV
Fort Lovegood By LunaV Disclaimer: The characters belong to JK Rowling. The Weasley’s and Lovegood’s had often rivaled each other, so it had caused quite an ample problem when the only child of Mr Lovegood and the youngest Weasley had declared their friendship to the rest of their families. And so a treaty was made. This treaty was completely tossed aside when they found out that Luna was having an intermit relationship with the youngest Weasley son. Well, as you can imagine, this didn’t go down at all well with the two families and Luna soon found herself locked away in her tower. Ron, also found himself restricted—he wasn’t allowed his tea for one night. Luckily, Luna’s father had been stupid enough to leave his daughter with her wand and she easily escaped back to the Burrow. Rushing Luna up to his bedroom before any of his family could see, Ron hid the young girl in his room and made sure that they kept things quiet at night. There they spent most of the hours of the day. A week passed and they had begun a game of wizards’ chess … Moments later, a cannon ball had soared through the sky and fell through the ceiling of Ron’s bedroom, landing on his bed where both he and Luna managed to bounce off of in time. A second ball followed and Luna stared at the two balls in disbelief. Seconds later, Fred and George Weasley had come bounding into their youngest brothers room, declaring that they appeared to be being attacked by Fort Lovegood. They suggested that they should surrender Luna. Ron didn’t take this theory too lightly and insisted that Luna was a prisoner of war who needed to be protected from her father and kept warm at night. So he told Fred and George to rally their supplies and attack Fort Lovegood so that he could keep the girl, Fred and George could test out some of their products and his Mum and Dad would never find out what had happened. Mr Lovegood found himself drenched in all kinds of sticky, multicoloured substances shortly afterwards. This, he was not pleased about and so had sent one last cannon ball towards the Burrow before rushing himself to St. Mungos. The cannon ball had stormed its way straight into the living room of the Burrow. Unfortunately, it then—with a clash of thunder—exploded, leaving the room on fire and the house becoming an empty shell. This would be a good time to mention the fire-repelling charm that all witches and wizards should have put on their houses for insurance purposes. The four teenagers rushed outside of the house. Then Mr and Mrs Weasley arrived.
