I thought about amanda at her uk one she does but I thnk the cost is taking the ***** for that and only her as a guest, its more than chev will be with a full line up and RDA, so im holding off hoping SM can get her some time, perhaps after RDA she might be an option

One of the reasons I upload to Picasa - it automatically gives you links to different sizes of image and you just choose what you want, copy/paste the link it gives you and it does all the resize work for you.

For example (all done in seconds):
