Howdy, I arrived at the shopping centre at 8:30, and went on a trek down towards where C6 was situated, I got there about 8:45 and saw that Billy Boyd tickets were already going out, which annoyed me quite badly, as I was told tickets are promptly given out at 9:00, if I had known this earlier, maybe I could've got a posed photo with him, as he was allowing this for the first 100 or so people, I got ticket number 251, which on reflection was a good number, and I got to see him around 2:30-3:00, he was great, really talkative, and I had a good chat with him about Seed of Chucky, obviously in which he voices Chucky's son, Greg, anyway, a picture with him would've capped off a very pleasant encounter with a very talented and fan-friendly guest, other than this, I thoroughly enjoyed C6, and for once didn't have one bad guest encounter......
Katharine Isabelle, Christopher Eccleston, David Tennant (Yes, AGAIN!!), Catherine Tate, John Simm, Alex Kingston, Billie Piper :D, Jean Claude Van Damme, Dolph Lundgren, Any Hills Have Eyes 2006 guests, Any Lost cast, especially Emilie De Ravin, Tony Shalhoub, Sienna Guillory, Milla Jovovich, Neve Campbell, Sarah Polley, Thomas Jane, Ray Stevenson, Martin Kove, Jennifer Tilly, Dominic Monaghan, Scout Taylor Compton, Any Halloween remake cast, Sylvester Stallone, Jennifer Connolly, Courtney Cox and that is just the beginning peoples!!

.....Oh and a whole bunch of horror guests would be absolutely fandabbydozytastic!!!!

I lined up for Billy on both days, Saturday I was near the front and yep tickets weren't given until 9am and on Sunday the doors definatly didn't open until 10am when we went around and lined up for tickets

I have a thought, not sure if it's right or not because I am still lacking in sleep. Is it possible (if it's the Saturday one) that he thought tickets were being given because the line moved because first we were standing where Sala's table was then it moved forward to go around the side of where Billy was sitting where we had to wait for tickets? (does this make sense or do I need more sleep before posting? )

To be honest I thought the tickets were given out early for Billy on Saturday as when I arrived at the centre to go to work in an establishment very close to where Billy was signing at 8.30 there was a queue from the signing desk accross the centre, rightback to Next. when I has another look at 8.45 the queue was moving, and has gone within 5 minutes, so I assumed the tickets had been given out early.

Was the queue just moved, so the people were queuing in the other direction?

Seriously I was in the first section for signing and he didn't start early

As I said the line originally started at Sala's table in a straight line back, but then they moved us forward to where his line would actually be, and it went around one of those plant sections and back behind where he was sitting not infront.

So the line moving wasn't for handing out tickets it was just moving the line as they had the crew talk where Billy's line was which was why we couldn't line up there to begin with

Makes sense, I did think it was odd when I saw the queue move and it was only 8.45. Wasn't really bothered about it as I was working anyway. It just made me get there earlier on sunday to get in the queue earlier!

Thank God someone else noticed.......and I was at Collectormania like everyone else Ashleo, whether tickets were given out or not, i'm not sure, but I was in line moving forward, before 9am, so as far as I knew, tickets were being given out

Yes the line moved. No tickets were given out though. If the line had stayed where it was it would have blocked everyone else from moving about around there

I got to MK at about 7am and there were about 50 people there already - mostly for Carrie I think
At about 8.15ish they moved us and we were allowed to start queuing in the section for the guest we wanted to see - ie Star Wars, Buffy, LOTR

By 9.00am long queues were forming everywhere but no tixkets were handed out till about 9.00 as because we were at the front of Billy Boyds queue we were asked if we wanted to wait and see him then or take a ticket and come back - we waited and were in the first few  to see him so got photos.

We got our tickets for Nick Brendan at about 9.30 and by then they were on 380 odd but the way we were herded though meant we though by 10.30 ish!!!!!

there needs to be more organisation about the queues for big stars.  As i said in a different post, i went in thru another entrance and as such skipped the massive carrie fisher queue, at about tis time, the gate 14 doors were opebed and so was the ones at the back of the carrie fisher queue. so people at the end of the queue were getting in before the people at the front of the queue.

I'm surprised about tthe billy boyd tickets being given out EARLY because they were VERY strict on carrie's quue and no one got a ticket until 9am exactly.

But this makes me worry alot about if elijah came again, i would quite happily camp out but then its a free for all once the doors open.  Also fan girls are scary, whereas carrie fishers queue was more subdued.  in my opinion, there should be a MUCH more strict queueing system, like u are only allowed to queue at gate 14 and have a ticket before the ticket or something.  I dunno, I just know that the queues need to be tightened up, they can't be opening all doors at once.
Diamonds are a girls best friend......

Wish List for Collectormania or Comi Con 1) Daniel Radcliffe 2) Rupert Grint 3) Hayden Christensen  4)Brenden Gleeson (or any of the HP cast!) 5) Emilie De Ravin (or any Roswell cast!!) 6) Eric Stoltz, 7) Liv Tyler, 8) Jordana Brewster 9) Leelee Sobieski , 10) Viggo??? (or any LOTR cast!!)

NCIS cast!!!!! ZACH BRAFF!!!!

When they let us in the centre to queue for Elijah last year, there were more secuitry, and they let us in the doors a few at a time to stop people running and to stop queue jumpers. The secutity guy that open door 13 for Billy on Sunday warned everyone not to run and push etc, but they did anyway.
