My bill is due on Thursday & i cant afford to go over my limit and yes £15 will do that!. I have to do all my credit card transactions within 48 hours at work. I have had my bill in today and not a happy bunny,its now 3 weeks and i think we have been more than patient, i thought refunds were supposed to automatic, even if there were literally hundreds it does not take 3 weeks to process? .It would have been much simpler if they could have done them at the show as requested.
