So if I was at event Robert englund auto is 20 if I pre order it's 25 which is understandable as someone has to stand in queue for u so I get the extra 5 but if I want it personalised wit dedication ie to my name why do u have to pay another 5 making it 30. If we get say 50 orders for 1 guest and non are personalized then its quick and easy. If they are personalized it slows things down and there is extra work involved in it.
