BTTF comic con newbie questions

Recommended Posts

Hi I have a few questions about the event.

I am planning to go with my 4 year old BTTF nutty son. Ok i'm a BTTF fan as well. As I was late to find out about the event we are clearly going to miss out on meeting MJF as most sold out and diamond tickets are too pricey.

There are still tickets for a photoshoot with Christopher Lloyd on the Sunday. Would we have to buy 2 separate photoshoot tickets if we only want one photo of the three of us?

Will there be pay on the day photo opportunities for BTTF stuff? i'e. delorean and clock etc?

Can i buy one ticket for the talk and sit him on my lap? (still one seat)

Why are there no concessions for young children for these extras?

Will we be able to get photo with the delorean and get to look inside?

thanks

I'm not an expert but l can try to help.

Photo shoots: you have to have a ticket for everyone in the photo even if you only want one photo. Not sure about the 4 year old but if you want 2 adults in the photo then you need to book 2 tickets.

The prop photos (Delorean, Clock etc) should (stress should) be the standard £5 prop photos that you pay for on the day.

thanks prop photos will be cool. big q's tho i bet

2 tickets for one photo. there should be a concession. that sucks!

thanks

You will have 2 photos taken if there are 2 of you.

not if we are together in the photo we won't.

Yes, you will. The photographer will take 2 pictures while you both are there.

I'd hang about for a moderator as I think a 4 year old might be young enough to not need a ticket. I'm sure one will be around later - they had 2 events this weekend, so they're not here much at the moment!

that would be great. i notice child entry tickets are 4-12 years

There's a similar thread running about under 4s in photo shoots which has said

Babies and toddlers ('babes in arms') do not need a separate photoshoot ticket.

As a 4 year old requires an entry ticket I would say they'd also need a formal ticket to attend a talk.

so basically a 4 year old is classed as an adult for the talk. i'm not shooting the messenger here but that's not great really. Oh well i'm not surprised but thanks for the clarification
